Hmm...I'm not so sure - I doubt that my nuke legislation would pass now, and it barely passed in November, when IntFed was supposedly dominating the WA (now, I guess that it could've been that conservative IntFeders were in charge, but since NTS is a pretty clear-cut IntFed resolution...).

Perhaps it's that the proposals that come to vote are just simply more IntFed and the lemmings inadvertently were chipping away at NatSov?
