Our current year is 2395. How are we to meet this marker date? It's already passed.

Not every nation is located on earth, so not every nation may be experiencing global warming.

And some are in the past, and thus don't need to worry about this for several decades, centuries or millenia...

I assume that this proposal would be submitted under the category "Environmental", with "All Businesses" affected?

Furthermore, your proposal is riddled with typographical errors that make it difficult to understand. Please redraft it for clarity and linguistic accuracy before submitting.

The Eldalantean government wishes me to note, that despite our own contention that global warming is nothing more than a silly myth put forward by liberal persons who hate and abhor success and life, that the resolution as presented also fails to include any enacting or enabling clauses.
Ghosts represent the portion of each person's body that is taken away and held in slavery in a firey hell-dimension because of taxation.
Ultimately, their appearance is a futile appeal to the blinded masses to embrace Objectivism.
Will someone not please think of the ghosts?

This proposal cannot be supported by Ms. Sarah Harper because of era differences as well as the fact that there is little climate change going on in this country although we see recycling to be an important issue. However, when submitting proposals take your time to think which category it fits best.

So the biggest polluters and the smallest polluters would have to cut their emissions by the same proportion? This would be unfair to those nations that already have relatively low emission rates.
OPPOSED.
The Confrederated Clans (and other Confrederated Bodys) of the Free Bears of Bears Armed
(includes The Ursine NorthLands) Demonym = Bear[s]; adjective = ‘Urrsish’.
Population = just under 20 million. Economy = only Thriving. Average Life expectancy = c.60 years. If the nation is classified as 'Anarchy' there still is a [strictly limited] national government... and those aren't "biker gangs", they're traditional cross-Clan 'Warrior Societies', generally respected rather than feared.
