I move that united homosexuals should be given a cease and desist for child abuse children raised in homosexual homes are almost GUARANTEED to become homosexual That is the basis of why people don't want homos to have children a child raised in a certain environment is taught these things so gays who say it isn't a choice are wrong about this as it is the old
nature vs. nurture in those cases same as children learning racism they are taught the sexuality
i have no problem with homos but children being forced into it especially with an all gay society
is just wrong and i would ask for you to pass this so we can force the UH to cease and desist this horror to children

You havn't provided us with the proposal, your reasons support an ideological ban, and your post lacks proper spelling and grammar usage, leading me to assume your proposal does/will too.

Like Carbandia said, you don't. You first familiarize yourself with the rules which are readibly available in the forums and just observe the World Assembly for a while. Then when you're sure you can make a sound proposal, you submit it here for revision and then when you think it's ready, you submit it to the actual WA.

Firstly, this has no chance in passing. Secondly, it seems to be targetting a specific nation, so this should be an issue to be resolved by the Security Council, though I doubt it will get far.

What bout Bisexuals they can incrimanate abuse to children just like homosexuals. all child abuse in my country no matter how offencive is a Highly Conciderded a federal offence. i think that all nation that support this should aggree!

Child abuse is already outlawed under WA Resolution #19 "Child Protection Act".
