Should I join the WA? I'm not sure if it's right for me. What do you think?

Although biased, I think that joining the World Assembly is a good thing. However, you would have to feel comfortable surrendering some of your national sovereignty. The WA has laws on issues such as abortion, euthanasia and gay marriage which, if you disagree with, would change the way your nation operates.

If you feel you couldn't have a nation which allows any of those, I wouldn't recommend joining the WA.

If the WA were to pass a resolution that forced you to eat babies... and you thought this was repulsive, you have two options, (1) actively campaign to try to get the resolution to fail, vote against, and repeal the bill if necessary, (2) threatened everybody that'll you leave if the resolution is passed, and then leave .. loudly.

What of the two options would you choose? Your answer to that would be a good indication of whether of not you should join the WA.

There is a reason why none of my main nations will ever again be members of this organization and why I am represented here by an empty mop bucket. Think about it before you join and consider creating a WA puppet to represent you.

Only losers aren't in the WA. Just sayin. I mean you want to be cool right? Right? Just do it. Just do it.

I have irreconcilable differences with many General Assembly resolutions (those legalizing gay marriage, euthanasia, embryonic stem cell research, abortion, et cetera) yet I'm still a World Assembly member.

All new ambassadors from new nations are required to clean the latrines of the GA lounge every night after closing for their first 6 months in residence. Really. Its required. Check the handbook. Page 357, Paragraph 7. Under the picture of the llama.
Everything you know about me is wrong. Or a rumor. Something like that.

Well, considering you are apparently unable to make a clear cut decision on your own and seem to be leaning very heavily on asking other nations what you should do... I'd say your perfect for it....

I'm not sure that you can really have irreconcilable differences with an organization and remain a member...I suppose it depends on the dictionary. Anyway, I think my point was clear.
