Question: How is nuclear testing useful in defense? Nuclear tests aren't related to defense in any way. Usually nuclear tests are conducted so nations can prove to the world that they're very powerful.

If radiation sickness isn't a real effect what is? Nuclear tests aren't pills.

It's a silly proposal, why develop nukes if you cannot test them to make sure that they work?? This is just another attempt to slowly restrict and then ban nuclear weapons.
