Proposal for the acceleration of resolution passage

Postby FD Roosevelt » Sun Jul 26, 2009 10:38 pm

My questions is:
Should WA delegates be allowed to pass resolutions in a representative form by reaching a higher number of approvals that does not require a full assembly vote?

No.

Resolutions can NOT change the game's mechanics, full stop: If you want to continue this discussion then take it to 'Technical'...
The Confrederated Clans (and other Confrederated Bodys) of the Free Bears of Bears Armed
(includes The Ursine NorthLands) Demonym = Bear[s]; adjective = ‘Urrsish’.
Population = just under 20 million. Economy = only Thriving. Average Life expectancy = c.60 years. If the nation is classified as 'Anarchy' there still is a [strictly limited] national government... and those aren't "biker gangs", they're traditional cross-Clan 'Warrior Societies', generally respected rather than feared.

Actually if you'd read it was not a proposal to the world assembly but rather a general debate. Also, the post was actually determined NOT to be technical as that is where it was originally posted. Gee whiz how do some nations stay in existence?
