THIS BILL pertains to the rights of people that have been force or will be force to move from they’re home.


ARTICLE 1

DEFINING hence forth that a person who has been asked to move is someone who has been legally asked by the government of the country to be move or be forced to move to another area due to political reasons.
ARTICLE 2


REALIZING that a person that has been asked to be move has the right to live in the same way and place his father and many fathers did.


COMPREHENDING that some people are stopped from living by the culture their fathers did due to the cultures of the people who currently reside on their “real land”.


DECLARES that Governments of the WA must hereby, from the passing of this bill, give people that have been asked to move to be relocated in their sections of their past land and have all fitting needs and requirements and are permitted to live if they so wish. This bill if passed also enacts that the government has no authority to remove a group of people or a person from his land.

ARTICLE 3
ACCEPTING that some people that have been asked to move have come to live in the same way as the modern culture of the nation lives,

AUTHORIZES the right for these people to refuse to live on their respected places.


ARTICLE 4

INTERPERTING that to improve the knowledge of the way that these people live, gives the exact right to all members of our world to access the Reserve, except apprehended people or if the Government has a theory or reason to know or believe they will harm the area in which they have been redistributed.



ACCEPTING that some people and religions will not have the materials and needs to complete certain needs,

ANNOUNCES that all people being forced off their land or their country are accredited to the same Healthcare and members of their society are recognized to have these benefits.

ARTICLE 5

RECOGNIZING that certain people or groups of people may want to have their own laws and rituals pertaining to people and civilians of their group,

DECLINES the right for the WA to punish any members on the Reserve for any cases that do not involve people who are citizens of their nation.

ARTICLE 6

REALIZING that some culture’s laws and practices are quite different from those of accepted in our world and time,

UNDERSTANDING that although people should be given the rights to live in their own life that does not allow them the right to hurt, kill or endanger other people in their area.

ARTICLE 7

REALIZES that all citizens that have been asked to move from their nation are still citizens of their nations and have THE FREEDOM TO STAY,

UNDERSTDANDING that as people of their respective nations they must be given full rights the all people of their nation are given,

ACKNOWLEDGING that these people of these nations must still protect them and in cases of war and mass destruction of our government we must and will give them full protection and arms to harm any invading nations.
