I wrote this because Greckan Tribes tg me about a rp he might do where is nation has a big disease outbreak and his nation was developing a technology and had just finished it when a spy took the technology and patented it and they couldn't afford to buy it and had to just let it end. Hope you like it and also I don't know what area of affect to put it in.

DEFINES THE LIMITS OF THE ITA
1) Only can help nations if accepted to
2) Cannot take any resource from a nation without permission
3) Agents must have background tests and other security regulations
4)Agents who have been convicted in a real court loses his job and all his paychecks from the agency
5) May only carry weapons into nations that the agency thinks it is necessary
