Member states could also choose to give nothing, which defeats the only mandatory clause of the draft.

Apart from redundancy (unless a flaw can be found in the existing resolution), I'm concerned that giving a unit of currency may not be future-proof. What would happen if 100,000 NSG bought well below a penny (0.005 MIT)?
