Your Excellency should read through the list of passed resolutions to be sure that what you suggest is not already properly covered by other resolutions. We would suggest that in the main it is and not least by our own offering the Charter of Civil Rights, but there are many others.

NS is very diverse; make sure it includes all members of all species represented by the various nations.

For example, 0'3 = 0.25, and 100' = 144.

Ratios are measured in perunums instead of percent.
1 perunum = 100 percent = 84' percent
