The Security Council,
NOTING that The Alliance of Dictators is a region expressing hatred and discrimination. That they are a raiding region dedicated to ending democracy ond peoples freedoms. That the regional founder doesn't allow specific people into the region, such as democracies, hippies, and Nazis.
DISSAPOINTED that regional raiders in the region use the great privelege of having a seat in the WA as an advantage to raid innocent regions. That as a region they have succesfully raided eighteen regions.
FURTHER NOTING that there flag expresses anti-World Assembly by having the WA seal in the middle with crushing hands next to it.
CONDEMNING that The Alliance of Dictators use their seat in the WA as an advantage to raid regions. That they don't deserve a seat in the WA if they use it to their advantage.
UNDERSTANDING that other raiding regions do use their WA seats as an advantage, but DON'T spread anti-WA propaganda throughout their region.
HEREBY condemns The Alliance of Dictators.
