"It has come to my attention that democracies are often highly favored, and have proven to be rather effecient. However, some people still convert to some more 'powerful' governments, so to speak. Why do you all think that is, my fellow politicians? After all, it is about the populace, is it not."

I think they're popular because people hate the government, and they want freedoms.
Therefore, they choose democrracy.

as far as i know true democracy(direct democracy) has only won Switzerland
