How would you feel about a resolution that involved pornography and masturbation laws?

Pornography is a profitable industry which would no doubt suffer if any legislation beyond existing resolutions to protect minors (resolution #19: Child Protection Act)and prohibit slavery (resolution #23: Ban on Slavery and Trafficking) were introduced. So long as all parties are legally able to participate and there is no coercion, there is no reason to legislate against it or regulate it. Those laws already exist in prior resolutions. It is our view that this nothing short of imposing your narrow view of morality on those of us who have libertarian and/or liberal policies.

If you attempted to introduce legislation on masturbation, it would likely be illegal due to resolution #16: Sexual Privacy Act. Masturbation would fall into that area as it is a personal sexual act and not the jurisdiction of any governmental; religious body, institution, council, agency; et cetera.

I feel that the most crucial elements of this issue have been taken care of by the WA. Any more would in my opinion be overkill unless something was missed.
