Honored Ambassador,
While I can understand some of the reasons you may have had to approve the proposal "Gaming Rights and Regulations", I must urge you to reconsider. The proposal:
1) Does not achieve it's intended goal. The first clause only says the nations have the right to legal gambling, not the citizens
2) Requires an arbitrary and ill-defined age that may not work for all nations.
3) Has not been properly debated and discussed in the WA forum.
Perhaps, with further deliberation, we can find a solution that will better satisfy both your wishes as a WA Delegate, and the wishes of the other WA members.
