Fair Gambling Act - FGA
A resolution to legalize or outlaw gambling.

Proposed by: Lord Zannah
Description: Description: A proposal to regulate the Gaming industry in all WA Nations.
Regulation 1 - All WA Nations have the right to legalized gambling and lotto.
Regulation 2 - Legal age of 16 for lotto and 18 for casino gambling and sports gambling will be set with each WA Nation reserving the right to increase the legal age as it sees fit.
Regulation 3 - Casinos and lotto centers to pay a 3.75% percent tax on all wages to the state.
Regulation 4 - Casinos may not give out Markers.
Regulation 5 - Lotto centers may not accept payment via credit card or trade.
Regulation 6 - Casino machines, tables and security equipment must mean standardized specs. Casinos must make them available to inspection by federal authorities every 6 weeks. Tampering with machines, tables and security equipment is a WA felony and punishable by death.
Regulation 7 - Any wages placed and executed with a non authorized gambling entity is a WA felony and punishable by death.
Regulation 8 - All employees of gaming institutions are subject to random drug tests and background checks yearly.
Regulation 9 - Any nation government convicted on knowingly violating the FGA will have their gambling license revoked and will be subject to possible further disciplinary actions up to and including ejection from the World Assembly and death.
Regulation 10 - All Gambling institution must provide free information to gambling addiction assistance.
