As a member of the WA, it has come to my country's attention that no law has been made on whether a region can kick someone out of the region just because they have recieved too many endorsements (more than 40). In my region, a large region called region inc., A nation have recieved this ammount and has been threatened thusly. Thus, I suggest such a law.
So these two hobos walk into a bar, beat up the bartender, and drink a lot of beer. And people wonder why hobos are hated so much...

Population = just under 20 million. Economy = only Thriving. Average Life expectancy = c.60 years. If the nation is classified as 'Anarchy' there still is a [strictly limited] national government... and those aren't "biker gangs", they're traditional cross-Clan 'Warrior Societies', generally respected rather than feared.
The benevolent mod who has taken the time to read this thread says, "no." and intends to smite the proposal should she see it in queue for the reasons already explained in the two above posts.
