Anybody with any flags or country names referring to the nazi regime, should be Permanently banned from nation states, like Nazi Europe or something like that

Of course. Only clean, sensible, non-offensive names, flags, mottos etc. should be used, so that every nation is called the Republic of Mynation, all regions are called Myregion, only default flags may be used, and everyone's motto should be 'Hello'.

All flags from here-on out shall have no picture on them at all. Any representation of ideology is a representation of thought and is sure to be offensive to someone, somewhere, somehow.
All national mottos shall be left blank, as shall currencies and animals.
All decisions shall be automated to none.
This will make sure that the least amount of people possible are offended by anything here.
Though someone will surely find it offensive still.
