There are so many things which could go wrong with this.

A person suddenly becomes forgetful, sees a "stranger" (who is actually his son) walk in to his house. The man takes his old weapon which he got years and years ago (and nobody remembered to perhaps re-check his license or something). He then shots this intruder, killing him.

It could be another accident too, perhaps you sleep with your pistol close to you, someone wakes you up and while being all tired and cloudy you shot this person, believing it to be a ghost or a murderer of some kind.

Police and the Military are the organisations made to protect the nation and the people from other countries and from criminals. Taking the law in your own hands is not the best way to do this.

And how can you be sure that when an invading nation finds out that lots of civilians are armed and dangerous, they decide to shot the civilians on sight instead of risking getting shot? It would increase the civilian casualties.

How do you know that you do not give weapons to criminals? How can you be sure that there is not some way a person can get more than one weapon and then build his own armed gang? How do you know that the city wont errupt into complete chaos as miniority´s (or majority´s) decide to take the matter into their own hands?

I do NOT support this and I hope the WA wont either.

First, sounds like there's a major loophole here. Not that I'm for this particular legislation. I'm not. However, stating that a weapon may be taken away if the owner is found to be dangerous or not following the law leaves it wide open for any nation to state that breathing is against the law, therefore no breathing individual may own a weapon. Yes, I know that's a bit silly, but I wouldn't put it past some nation to make an impossible law like that to remove the right to bear arms.

Second, it's 'against'.

Third, another problem here. If there's use of force that must be reviewed by the court, that's going to cause a headache in most nations.
