AWARE that there are many regions across the world which have been subjected to radiation or chemical warfare.

CONCERNED for the well-being of the inhabitants of the aforementioned regions as well as their surroundings.

DETERMINED to provide the inhabitants of the afflicted areas with adequate equipment to save as many lives as possible.

THEREFORE intends to

PROVIDE adequate survival equipment, including protection suits, water filtration equipment, medicine to counter the effects of exposure to biological and chemical agents, geiger counters as well as food processing equipment.

INSTRUCT the inhabitants of the afflicted areas in the correct use of the aforementioned equipment.

CONSTRUCT adequate medical facilities and secure housing if neccesary.

I see you've got the grasp of the basics of formatting, which is good for a young nation. Unfortunately, we already have a resolution that deals with the aftermath of Nuclear disasters: Resolution #60.

And I was not aware that this resolution existed, though it only seems to deal with the effects of radiation, while this resolution draft also focuses on assisting victims of biological and chemical warfare. However, I can see why this is the case, as radiation is rather common compared to chemical and biological warfare agents, as radiation can also spread throughout an are as the result of an accident or malfunctions in a nuclear reactor, whereas biological and chemical agents are usually spread on purpose which (hopefully) means they are less common than radiation.

Accepted procedure is to:

A.) Check previous resolutions to ensure no duplication
B.) Post draft of proposal
C.) Discuss, debate and refine draft
D.) If draft then meets significant GA approval, post draft for delegate approval

You seem to have skipped steps A, B and C.

Posting, then putting a draft up for debate is fair well pointless, wouldn't you think?

I believe the accepted term is NBC Nuclear, Biological and Chemical.

My bad. It's called ABC where I come from, so i guess I got it mixed up.

It appears noone is interested in supporting this proposal. That's a pity.
