The World Assemble and Income Tax

Postby Skepticamia » Tue Aug 10, 2010 12:09 am

Can I just ask...do World Assembly resolutions actually affect your income tax rate if you're a member?

I don't think this belongs in this thread, but I am pretty sure some resolutions can have an impact on your income tax, just as others affect your civil rights, political rights and economic strength.

Some types of World Assembly resolutions have been known to have an impact on income tax rates. Categories include Tort Reform, Social Justice, Education and Creativity and International Security.

WA proposal rules forbid the direct change in member states income tax system, e.g. the mandating that there must be a maximum limit of 50% income tax in all member states.

Just wondering, what are the actual effects of a tort reform resolution?

I'm guessing a private sector or economic freedom increase. Don't quote me on that, we actually had our first Tort Reform proposal pass in the WA, just a few days ago, so maybe someone did some statistics to find out.

No one in my region seems to have changed stats since the passage of the Tort Reform proposal.
