Contradiction & Duplication.

We already have GA #89, Internet Net Net Net Net Net Net Net Net Net Neutrality Act and GA #100, Anti-Cyberterrorism Act.

Mild

The Category, i would need suggestions on that, whether it is on International security or something else.

This one is not a "duplication" since it has a narrower scope and a more detailed legislation.

When it covers identical subject matter, "more detailed etc etc" means nothing. It is still duplicating something which is already on the books. If you want your "more detailed" version to go forward, then you need to repeal the previous one first. We also fail to see how this is more detailed. It barely qualifies as an outline.

Everything you know about me is wrong. Or a rumor. Something like that.

It doesn't seem as detailed enough to be considered replacements yet. Elaboration may be needed.
