Our Nation have strongly supported Fine Arts during our History.
We believe that Arts are really important for improving life quality and dimishing crime levels. We believe the stimulus to Art in Schools are really important and we do that in Ille-Povrois.
Maybe it would be interesting including in this proposal the creation of Fine Arts Comunitary Centers, where people from the community could have a physical space to do art, as we have here in Ille-Povrois.

We believe your intention is very noble!

The Oppressed Peoples find that corporal punishment produces results without increasing the deficit. We would like to know if these studies included schools which awarded grades for said fine arts curriculum and if so, contend these studies to be inaccurate.
