Proposed by: Demphor
Description: The General Assembly,
Scientific studies on regualr students have successfuly shown that an increase in Fine Arts funding (Music, Drama, Art, and Band) improves the grades of the average student in any School that offer classes in Social Studies, Language Arts (Spelling), Foreign Language, Mathematics, etc by improving their attention span, and focus. Fine Arts classes also improve the manners of a student of any age by teaching them that they must take care of something that is not theirs.
RECOGNIZING that a school that does not have these classes avalaible DECREASES the chance of the average student getting into a University or other advanced schools because the student won't focus, concentrate or they break somthing that is not theirs.
If school funding for Fine Arts does not increase, then schools will have less and less Straight A students which will decrease the amount of people getting a good education, affecting their future success. Example: If a student wants to go to engineering school, it WILL affect their learning, and they may not become an enginer due to their lack of patience and focus.
Therefore be it Resolved That,
The World Assembly General Fund (WAGF) be used to help increase funding for the average school and fund each countries education commitie and its curriculum with 10,000 currency notes yearly (getting it from WA nations), in which they can pay a little at a time, or in their own way.
Examlpe: Arathian nation is in the WA so he will pay 10,000 Ding-Dongs
The nations that get the fund can use their school money to provide the wages to the teachers, janitors, and administrators running the schools.
Also recognizing that the nations can use their school money to build facilities.
Also recognizing that Fine Arts should be added to nations which do not have Fine Arts in their countries curriculum, supported with significant funding for paintbrushes, paint, musical instuments, sheets of music, books on acting, and teachers.
read carfully, please

I believe I speak for the entire assembly when I suggest the swift and immediate defenestration of the ambassador from Demphor.

Also recognizing that Fine Arts should be added to the countries School Board which do not have Fine Arts in their School District's curriculum, be supported with significant funding which can be used for buying paintbrushes, paint, musical instuments, sheets of music, books on acting, and hiring teachers.
Also recognizing that the schools that are funded can use the funds to hire constuction workers to build any extra rooms needed and giving them materials and wages as required.
Hearby establishing the WAEF and increasing the amount of funding in Fine Arts.
