Pirates

Postby Jurroso » Sat Jul 31, 2010 11:23 am

I'm sure many nations are being taken advantage of by those no good people called "pirates".

I have been noticing that many of my nation's local rivers are crowded with unknown ships. Just yesterday the pirates started a massacre that has killed 43 of my civilians. I acted quickly and demanded they left as soon as possible. I'm sure alot of nations have delt with the reacurring nuisances. Which is why I say it stops now.

Futhermore I would like to know of other happenings these pirates have created for other nations. I have made this thread for nations that are sick of these pirates to tell all about what has happened in their nation. If you have had an annoying occurence of pirates please feel free to tell all about it.

I hope we can stop them altogether.

I would like to assure you that there are already anti-piracy laws and measures against directed massacres such as the one you describe on the books. To that end, I direct your attention to Resolutions #20, #25, and since certain varieties of piracy include "recruitment" #23 in the World Assembly Charter.

Any further legislation on the matter would likely first require a repeal of #20, followed by careful drafting to be certain that resolutions such as #25, #23, and others are neither in conflict with the bill nor duplicated therein.
