The government of the Star Kingdom of Manticore Reborn cannot support your attempt to repeal the ICC. Many of the issues you have brought up are not illegal due to the existence of the ICC resolution, it simply gives the ICC the power to prosecute actions already deemed illegal by other resolutions.
