Also, illegal for contradiction of an existing resolution ('WA General Fund').
The Confrederated Clans (and other Confrederated Bodys) of the Free Bears of Bears Armed
(includes The Ursine NorthLands) Demonym = Bear[s]; adjective = ‘Urrsish’.
Population = just under 20 million. Economy = only Thriving. Average Life expectancy = c.60 years. If the nation is classified as 'Anarchy' there still is a [strictly limited] national government... and those aren't "biker gangs", they're traditional cross-Clan 'Warrior Societies', generally respected rather than feared.

What's more disturbing is how vague the draft is:
...and Hereby Bans: The Death Tax, The Marriage Tax, Retirement Tax, and Etc
Playing NationStates since November 27, 2009

Oh, good, some kindling. Ever since we moved to reading the news online, there's been a shortage of kindling around the office. Or would it be tinder? Whatever it is, I commend the ambassador from Missourian Rebels for bringing us some.

Though i applaud (wow never thought that i'd applaud Missourian Rebels) Missourian Rebels for putting this on the forums first, we urge him (or her) to read over the rules for WA proposals.

The WA has no authority to interfere with national tax policy. Member states may choose to raise taxes to satisfy certain WA projects, but the WA cannot dictate member state's actual taxation policy.
