Although the Star Kingdom of Manticore Reborn feels nothing but abhorrence towards pedophilia and those whom practice it, being hung, drawn and quartered is a rather barbaric practice that my government would never condone. In addition, there are many nations in the World Assembly that do not have any death penalty at all and would never vote for a resolution that demands a capital sentence. Finnally, my government is of the opinion that the children are already protect against this depravity under the Child Protection Act.

In order for a nation to endorse you they must first be a member of the WA. They must also be in the same region as your nation, which makes the issue something of a problem for you as you currently reside in a region of 1 nation ... yours.

However, if this draft is indicitive of the quality of proposals we can expect from you, then I for one am very glad you are incapable of submitting them for vote. This is one of the most poorly written ill thought out excuses for a draft proposal it has ever been our misfortune to read, and we have seen several.

We note that the ambassador seems confused. Pædophilia is simply the desire for young children, and exists entirely within one's mind. Child molestation is the overt act that some pædophiles commit, and it is already illegalised under the Child Protection Act, as Earl Hamish Alexander has already informed you.
