We need to turn Guantomano Bay into a waterpark\spa\anything the prisoners need! We could use our stock collector's money! The inmates would never ever want to leave!
I know, crazy right? But maybe it would prevent terroists from hurting us! Then again you could just put on a ski mask, buy an Ak47, and run down the street screaming in Iraqi.

Guantomano Bay is a premier tourist destination in the United States of Philimbesi, just next to New Boston. It is most definitely not a prison.
