Fair Trial Act

The World Assembly;
Appalled by the fact that even now the inhabitants of WA nations do not have the right to a fair trial, due to the fact that Resolution #3 "The Right to a Fair Trial" and Resolution #13 "Fair Criminal Trial" have both been repealed and subsequently struck null and void
Defining:
a) inhabitiants of a nation as every sentient being that lives and/or has been allowed and recognised to claim that nation as its nationality
b) fair trial as:
i) a trial which may or may not contain criminal content that is open to the public
ii) a trial which may or may not contain criminal content in which both the prosecuting and the defending side have legal advisors
iii) a trial which may or may not contain criminal content in which there is a jury, people who have no relationship with the defendant him/herself and vote on the verdict of the defendant
iv) a trial which may or may not contain criminal content in which there is a judge, who passes the verdict according to the vote(s) of the jury
c) legal advisors as lawyers that have been recognised by the government of his/her nation
Hereby;
Mandates all WA nations to give its inhabitants the right to a fair trial
Mandates all WA nations to, when necessary, prosecute its inhabitants with a fair trial
Mandates all WA nations to allow inhabitants of other WA nations to stay at their nation if the inhabitants of other WA nations are being prosecuted without a fair trial
Mandates all WA nation inhabitants to refuse the orders, if given, to prosecute other inhabitants of WA nations without a fair trial
Mandates all WA nation to prosecute people who give orders of and/or encourage and/or execute prosecutions without a fair trial
