The issue at hand here is the fact that nations without WA membership are being condemned and/or commended. The problem? They cannot vote on this proposal. Why should it be that nations who are being condemned to the thousands of nations of our World Assembly are not even allowed to defend themselves through the power of voting.
I think this is not in the spirit of justice, democracy or the freedom that the World Assembly aims to protect...
Therefore I have drafted this enactment to prevent the unjust condemnation of nations that were unable to vote at the time of proposal-ish. Please read, post below.
RECOGNIZING that the Security Council, although aiming for a better world through the usage of Condemnations, Commendations and of course Liberations is flawed.
ACKNOWLEDGING that nations without WA membership at the time of proposal of condemnations often cannot vote against the proposal that seeks to condemn them.
RESOLVED the Security Council, by law of this resolution, is prohibited from passing condemnations or commendations against nations without WA membership
Please help the cause and help me edit this chickenscratch, if that's the right word. If, of course, you like the idea.
