Executive Branch in the world Assembly

My name is King Hezekiah of the Holy Empire of the Israelite Nation.. I believe we need to build a coalition of nations who back bringing an executive branch to help execute, and lead the World Assembly, and recruit nations to join the World assembly, so that all nations of the world will have a part in this world government...Also the executive branch can oversee the Global economy, and help nations be able to trade, and buy and sell faster, and through a middle man, so that there are no disputes with fairness of the transactions. The Executive Branch would also oversee all wars of the world with the approval of the security council.. Nations who do not join the world assembly will be categorized as short term nations.. Please sign this petition and if there is anyone with power in the General assembly, please push this for legislation.... If I am missing any facts please add to, or correct where I am lacking info...

Israelite Nation, is one thread not enough to cover the topic of the Executive Branch in the World Assembly?
