Resolutions about noble gases might be seen as too aristocratic.

So the Ambassador wishes this Nation to support a proposal without knowing what it is voting for . . . *leans over to home affairs advisor and says* . . . are they serious? this is a most unsatisfactory way of formulating legislation . . . we need answers now and not afterwards!
