In the Name of the Eternal Kawaii, may the Cute One be praised

As a friendly reminder, not all nations keep to the Gregorian calendar or the "traditional" 7-day week. There is no "Friday" in the Kawaiian calendar, so we would be hard-pressed to implement a proposal like this.

We are curious just as to what this "social security card" is? It sounds like a party membership to us.

Aside from the many arguments already against this "proposal", my government finds this to be an attempt to legislate individual morality. This body should not be legislating morality.

The under-secretary for the WA Ambassador drags a trash can in and tosses in a match, lighting a fire.

We would like to reassure the delegate from Philimbesi that our second hand is not smoking, and niether is our first hand. In fact, no body part is currently aflame.

I am of course referring to used smoke and not brand new smoke. Everyone knows that smoke purchased second handed is inferior to smoke purchased new...

Well, of course. Any competent smoke-merchant is aware of that.

The requirements would very nation to nation. (EI: where I'm from you need all of the above but in other countries just a background check is needed)

As our previous concerns have not quite sunk in it appears, we shall now endeavor to make them clearer...

At what point does "mandated and required volunteerism" become a desireable goal? For any nation besides your own, that is, where it appears your citizens do require constant hand-holding to wipe their backsides? There are very few instances where dictating that "everybody must volunteer for the benefit of all" does anything beyond increase levels of useless bureaucracy. This is not one of those "few instances".

I don't see this fitting to any existing category which would be the first step for writing a Proposal. I'd also like to remind the regulars to remember their manners; just because a Proposal is bad doesn't mean you need to be complete, insulting bastards. In theory, we want to encourage new players.

The representitive of the Glorious Nation of Throwtopia would like to remind the floor that we are one of many soverign nations who do not have a Friday as part of a traditional week.

We also do not see any authority in the WA to order individual citizens to act or behave a certain way.
