There are no restrictions on any of those parties, it actually gives them the ability to tailor their work to the rating involved.

The Republic of Quadrimmina would like to point out that the optional nature of this resolution makes it such that even if the language was kept as it is, it wouldnt affect such media. Unless the nation so chose for it to. To restrict that definition would be to restrict a nation's access to the WARB.
