   ii) Ensure sovereignty of member states;
   iii) Directly benefit economies of member states.
2. Excludes resolutions that:
   i) Require member states to take actions without considering the economic burdens implied by them;
   ii) Violate member states' sovereignty;
   iii) Harm trade, technological, economic and industrial development, for example by imposing limitations on industrial growth.

Introducing the World Assembly Essentials, the ones you need to adopt that would 'realistically' put you in the WA Headquarters itself! It does NOT cover topics such as Human Rights, Environmental Issues or anything in that region. The ones picked out are (as of writing):

#001: Daybreak- Chosen as it sets up the fundamentals of the GA. Recognises the new GA as the successor of the old one. Realistically, you'd have to adopt this to be able to vote in the new General Assembly.
#002: National Sovereignty- Chosen as it recognises your Nation as the World Assembly member. Realistically, your Nation would want to be recognised as an independent Nation with voting power.
#003: World Assembly Governance Standards- Outlines and establishes the standards of actions taken by the Assembly. Realistically, your Nation would agree to rules of transparency and fairness for every nation.
#008: World Assembly Research and Innovation Organization- Under the impression that this would create a brank in the WA that would help fund Research and Technology in nations.
#010: World Assembly Headquarters- Further clarifies the infrastructure that will be used for the World Assembly. Realistically, your Nation would want to attend any resolutions here, as this would be the heart of the WA.

The resolutions set here will be, to the best of my ability, as neutral as possible. It will only cover the absolute necessary things your Nation would want to adopt in order to be at the World Assembly.

Have you ever felt truly outcast from society, down and out, really struggling with your life, and thought "What international legislation can I adopt that will improve my situation?". Yeah, well me neither. But the following is the best you can get if you wanted to take that route.

This tranche holds what in my opinion are the best and most effective pieces of international legislation so far, in the vein of helping the common man get a start in knowing what resolutions to adopt. Just click the banner, and voila.

Now, true, this doesn't give you voting rights / full compliance, but that's for the elites that are oppressing us plebes. And besides, if you want full voting rights, just add on to these with your opinion of what resolutions are the next best.

The Plebeian's Tranche of Non-Terribleness is here to fix all your problems in the sense that it fixes none of them. It doesn't give you voting rights, fix structural problems with the WA, or even necessarily help you at all. But it does give you one thing:
