We, the delegates of the General Assembly, gathered with the purpose of preserving and protecting intellectual, audiovisual, and entertainment heritage across physical and digital media, enact the following resolution:
Article 1 A mandatory legal deposit is hereby established for intellectual and audiovisual works of cultural and commercial relevance produced by the member nations of this General Assembly, to be preserved in a central repository.
Article 2 The revocation of access, deletion, or rendering unusable of content and games within private digital libraries without the user's consent is strictly prohibited.
Single Paragraph. In the event of discontinued support for digital games or software, the provider must furnish the means for offline execution or local preservation by the consumer.
Article 3 Censorship, physical destruction, or summary erasure of any work preserved under the terms of this resolution is strictly forbidden.
