Labeling and Contents Verification Bill
RECOGNIZING the importance of global industry and trade.
FURTHER RECOGNIZING that all products must be honestly labeled to ensure global customers' faith in any product.
UNDERSTANDING that one thorough system must be shared by all member nations to protect customers of the world against dishonest trade and marketing practices.
REQUIRES all member states to ensure goods intended for trade between member states are labeled in a manner which correctly indicates contents and their proportions.
FORBIDS the trade between member states of products which are not labeled in this manner.
Strength: STRONG
GENERAL ASSEMBLY: FREE TRADE

Perhaps? I'm trying to minimize the degree of invasiveness, but it feels as though it no longer really holds any legal weight, as it's not enforced.
