Hello! The General Assembly forum exists to discuss proposals in the in-game General Assembly, as opposed to real-life laws and other issues. If you want to discuss the legalization of cannabis products on this site, the right forum is General (we call it NSG). Note that this site is probably not the best place to get legal information, as not all of us are lawyers, and of those who are, most have little reason to know about the law governing Delta 8 in Texas. You'd be better served by asking a forum specifically serving Texas lawyers or lawyers involved in legal cannabis.
