This act calls for the replacement of cigarettes with flavored
nicotine-Free Vapes to lower casualties and to free citizens of smoking Addiction because vaping are less dangerous and nicotine-Free Vapes are less addictive and flavored vapes so people don't choose smuggling cigarettes over using vapes. This will cause billions of smokers to easily quit with and overall more flavored, healthy, and less addictive.

OoC: First of all, this isn't tagged or formatted correctly. Poorly written and not long or detailed enough. This isn't going to even be considered until this is fixed. Second of all, this seriously restricts civil rights. Also, I don't think such a proposal goes in SC.

Finally, this is going to severely wreck the economy of many nations that rely on the purchase and manufacturing of cigars and cigarettes

I would support a declaration urging tobacco control authorities not to discriminate between flavoured and unflavoured cigarettes/e-cigs (as happened in the EU in 2020 and will very shortly happen in the USA, if it hasn't already). I do not, however, like this as written - for obvious reasons.
