Opposed. I could understand just a census, bur really, purposeful depopulation/whatever you want to call it.

"3b. Instead of building homes in rural areas, All Nations are required to build all high population zones in Urban and Suburban areas, leaving rural areas to be used for Farming, and Energy Production."

Not well thought out, or worse malicious, this directly harms nations without cities, which "1b. Instead of chopping down wooded areas to make more homes, it is suggested to build on top of pre-existing homes (meaning to build duplexes, skyscrapers, buildings that are similar to those listed)", seem to add evidence to.

This is clearly an urbanite anti-natal proposal, and even regardless of the moral implications of it, will only serve to harm less industrialized nations.

Oh and what is even the point of-
"Article C: School Education

1c. Nations have the choice to teach students about how to prevent pregnancy in school

2c. Nations also have the choice as to if they will teach Sex Ed."

It's literally just a recommendation, why bother including it, seems like pure filler.

As to that last bit about sex ed, it's actually illegal for contradiction. Member states do not have the choice to teach sex ed. GAR #369 "Reproductive Education Act" mandates sex ed.

Strictly opposed. Beyond the fact that legislating these matters is about as doable as walking through a swamp in tennis shoes, we of the Great Circle of Red Lake condemn this Malthusian legislation. It's long been known that the world is in no danger of overpopulation - indeed, there's enough resources to keep everyone in good health and then some, but the distribution of these resources is deeply flawed in such a way as to prevent many people from getting the care they need. Ecologically speaking, birth rates are beginning to decline as the living conditions of the world get better, suggesting that the human population will level off at its carrying capacity on its own. This legislation is not only deeply flawed on its face, but has no real baring in the facts of the current global situation.

01/15/1583 2000 GST: The trial for the murder of Faurgamu Reiks, the former head of National Revival who had connections to the terrorist group the Harjis Witoth, comes to a conclusion. Both Awareik Fairgunein and Hawi Marthal were convicted of second-degree murder. The public has a mixed response, with some agreeing with the sentencing and others believing the killing was justified. Presiding judge Aiktriu K. Kam responds, "I stand with the law, not public opinion."

Completely catastrophic. How would this work if someone had, say, triplets or quadruplets? Are you really going to make someone decide which child they would rather kill and/or give away? That's really cruel.
