What do you mean? A ban on weapons manufacture/distribution corporations? A ban on Mercenaries? Nobody but you has any idea what you mean, because you didn't write a draft.

Why? Their existence is a normal occurrence, if not an important part of life for many countries, especially capitalist ones.
