[proposal=][/proposal] I have a proposal to make. I propose that the assembly should keep a closer eye on unjustified raids that oppose the peaceful actions of the World Assembly. There should be a little more order to keep track of the raiders. The raiders that step out of line will be condemned. It is fine if this does not pass but the unjustified raids must be dealt with.

1. This does not belong in the GA.
2. Among the things that Proposals can not require is that Condemnations be written.
