Regional Elections

It has come to my attention that in some regions, the administrators have been in power for years. These people claim to be holding elections, however, this is not true. I vow to have all seats of power within a region have term limits of 2 terms of 6 months. All current admin should be allowed one more term in office, and then be barred from being re-elected.

The General Assembly can't make legalisations that effect the political life of a region, especially the mandating term limits

Since it is a federation created within the World Assembly, and the World Assembly mandates elections, then the admins that belong to the World Assembly must be held to the same standards.

Obviously, you don't have a great understanding of the GA. Or the rules, which you should read.

This breaks like 5 rules.
