Many Homeless people are winding on the streets and need proper care and hospitality. Our homeless people are dying and starving. That's why I request homeless shelters to be made. We need our homeless living. We aren't good Nations without giving proper care to our citizens. I propose that we do our best to support our homeless to live their lives. If we don't our homeless faction will go into ruin. I want to stop this problem as this is growing and the streets are getting worse and worse. I see more than 20 homeless people a day, and I give Valor (my currency) to them so I can support their lives we need to gather these people and give them care so we can clean up our streets.

Benefits

-Our streets are getting cleaner
-We can get more employed citizens in our nations
-Innovative minds can be homed and cared for.
-More reproduction to increase the population

Disadvantages

-Threats may rise
-More currency would be printed (Inflation)
-Employees being paid less

Additional Information

We can clean up our cities with this. Please I am begging you to blow this up. If we make this a reality we can make the world truly better. That is why I propose we clean our streets and citizens by homeless shelters.

You're fine, just a few suggestions that I noticed that you could probably fix right now: Make it in the form of other proposals (you can find every passed resolution here: viewtopic.php?f=9&t=30), you should make it from the perspective of international law (i.e. don't include your own currency or from the perspective of your nation). There are some other issues, but those are the main ones. If we can get a better starting point, this can be edited much better.

There are some other issues, but those are the main ones. If we can get a better starting point, this can be edited much better.
