[DRAFT] International Dress Code

The World Assembly,
Wanting to implement a dress code upon this world,
Hereby does the following:
I. Defines a dress code as a list of things people are required to wear.
II. Requires corrupt officials to wear professional business suits.
III. Mandates people in the computer industry to wear hazmat suits.
IV. Forces people in any online business to wear mascot suits of their country's national animal.
V. Requires people who works in an office or at home to wear a clown suit.
VI. Mandates people serving in government or as a federal worker to wear the suit of a court jester, excluding ambassadors during the summer.
VII. Forces people in sports to wear clothes of sumo wrestlers.
VIII. Requires people in the car industry to put on clothes of religious leaders.
IX. Mandates people serving in a country's military to wear school uniform.
X. Forces anyone else to decide whether to wear clothes of tree cutters, pool installers, or tile installers.
Note: Exceptions to this resolution include the youth, leaders, and people who cannot afford to buy their clothing.

Next, comments:
- Category/Strength?
- Preamble doesn't really convince, at least me, of the merit of this.
- "Things" in your second clause should be "clothing".

The WA doesn't simply do mandatory dress codes for her member states - nor even voluntary dress codes. This is clearly meant to be left to the member states, and the WA wouldn't even have the ability to enforce the dress code.
Unless we make a WA Dress Code Army and enforce it that way...

We give this resolution our full support, as long as it is confirmed the "leader" exception to the dress code means that national leaders are required to be naked at all times.

How is it metagaming?
Not a WA member, but I believe a nudity ban and compulsory nudity are both policies that can be enacted by a nation. This resolution would force citizens to wear clothing, which affects the compulsory nudity policy. Therefore, it is metagaming.

"It's not on the Membership to decide that. It is up to you, Ambassador, to come up with that during the drafting phase." Antione stated. "You should always decide on a Category, THEN draft your proposal to fit that category. Not draft, then figure out a category."
