The World Assembly,

Aghast that this illustrious body does not have an anthem,

Resolute in the need for a theme that correctly represents this most august institution,

Noting that it should be a completely neutral song, without lyrics,

Hereby decides that the official anthem of the world assembly shall be "Entry of the Gladiators", and that it shall always be played:

- At the beginning and end of votes and debates,
- At all ceremonial events in representation of the world assembly
