The Anti- Exclusive Aid Act
The World Assembly,
In an attempt to best serve the interests of all nations regardless of any potential biases declares that:
Foreign aid is defined as,
any act of assistance from one party to another, including but not limited to the donation of supplies, money or any other action designed to relieve an entity or,
legislative assistance to a specific party by the World Assembly, such as liberations proposed by the Security Council.
2. No party may be withheld aid for any factors including,
a. age, race, gender or socioeconomic status,
b. petty interregional rivalries in which the affected nation has not created a substantial public offense warranting a lack of aid,
c. private deals between nations to withhold foreign aid without significant reasoning explaining factors leading to such a decision.
3. Once aid has been formally granted to a party it may only be withdrawn if,
a. the specified party has been specifically condemned by the Security Council,
b. the party withdraws from the World Assembly,
c. the party revokes their request for foreign aid,
Hereby passes the Anti-Exclusive Aid Act.
