The General Assembly,
Recognizing the pollution of rivers,
And the environmental affects of it,
Shocked at the de-regulation of the fishing industry,
Seething at the harms to marine wildlife,
Hereby:
1. Forces all WA members to recognize the effects of water pollution.
1a. Forces WA members to ban unregulated fishing.
1b. Recognizes unregulated fishing as fishing done in illegal areas such as private property.
2. Bans sand mining from oceans.
2a. An "ocean" is any body of water with no large landmasses in between for 1000 miles.
3. Forces WA members to make "fishing zones" where people can fish for pleasure.
3a. Recognizes pleasure fishing as fishing without the intent of profit.
Hereby drafts the Fishing Regulation Act.
