[PASSED] Homelessness Mitigation and Protections Act

[Pinochetio]

The Pinochetio State, while understanding the values and basic ideals of other nations, must deny this Act, as a welfare program has been shown to stunt citizen productivity, while also forcing the economy under while the government sorts out the funding of lazier citizens. This Act will also allow other governments to force out hardworking citizens, or force them to quarter lazier ones. This Act will not stand on the Pinochetions.

The true thing is out statistics by our mathmaticians here have came up with the fact that around 70% homeless people are men and only something barely less that 30% of those people are women.
This is due to most countries having special safety nets for women and i think it should be designed for men too and should be equal for both men and women. This would decrease homeless for men in a large quantity which would really decrease homelessness overall
