Forget this existed, its full of mistakes

This is full of mistakes, its not worth time.
This is only a draft, please help me edit or correct anything that may be wrong.

General Assembly,
It has come to my attention that most nations I have came across use a personal currency. Keep in mind I have no problem with this system, I am only proposing and idea to encourage international trade. I believe that there should be a currency created that can be used universally by all members of the World Association. This currency system shall not be enforced upon all members, but encouraged. I propose this on the basis that it will help unify all the member states and promote international business. This universal currency can be used as a side currency, and is in fact not intended to be the main currency of any nation. This currency can only be used by member states of the World Association, and will not be used in trading to non member states.

Proposals aren't able to mechanically change the World Assembly. Additionally, your proposal reads more like a blog...perhaps look at some passed General Assembly resolutions to see what's typically used?

And a few more notes: It's the World Assembly, not the World Association. Furthermore, use of "I" and "my" would be illegal, as resolutions come from their respective WA body, not a person.

Hello, and thank you for the feedback. Reading your message I see lots of mistakes, and thank you for pointing them out. I am in fact new to the game, so this has been really helpful for future reference. Also sorry for saying Association, my memory is very bad and I was checking the name since I thought it was right.
